I design e-learning courses that prioritize interactivity, diverse modalities, and inclusivity. All projects are ADA-compliant, ensuring accessibility. I incorporate a variety of activities—such as videos, animations, podcasts, quizzes, and message boards—to effectively engage learners of all styles.

Instructor-Led Training
As a professor, I balance visuals, lectures, and reading materials to accommodate diverse learning preferences. My teaching experience spans all ages, from elementary students to advanced professionals, and my TESOL certification enables me to effectively support non-native English speakers, ensuring they can fully engage with and retain the curriculum.

Reading Materials
In developing book-based curricula, I meticulously tailor content to suit the target audience and integrate interactive activities and visuals to enhance engagement and enjoyment. To ensure effective learning, I implement Knowledge and Skill Checks for each module, and design quizzes and exams to assess overall material retention when appropriate.
